Pickfair, shiny floors and wallpaper...The main entrywayFor those of us who arrived too damned late and too damned obscure to rate an invite to Pickfair, here’s a snippet of what we missed: the main entryway. I was picturing something maybe a little grander. What do you think?

  1. Pickfair was one of the places I totally missed out on. Never came across Mary or Doug either. Was just happy that Buddy Rodgers took such good care of Mary in her later life. Love always, L

Beautiful if dinky considering afterall this is THE place of all places – Pickfair! Interesting shiny flooring that catches the light from the window above the stairs.

This is a little bit of what the room to the left of that entry way looks like when Mary was there with Doug.

Thanks for all your posts, Martin. Hi Louella!

    Happy Valentine’s Day!

  3. Oh I’d love to get a better look at those floorplans. What a fab mag. layout!
