Looking northwest on N. Crescent Dr from Lomitas Ave, with Beverly Hills Hotel in the background, 1915From this 1915 shot, we can see how the Beverly Hills Hotel was considered a country resort when it was built (three years earlier). It’s amazing to think that we’re looking northwest on N. Crescent Dr from Lomitas Ave, and there’s only one house in view. And yes, that house is still there!
