This is the McDonnell’s “Eat-in-Car restaurant at 301 N. La Brea Blvd, Los Angeles, (at the corner of Beverly Blvd) in 1935. The 40-cent fried chicken (“McDonnell’s style”) looks like a great deal. It also comes with shoestring potatoes, which sounds nice…but with toast and honey…? That sounds like an odd choice. Also, does anyone know what a “Club Breakfast” would have been?
