Hi Joan, Glad you still have all your marbles. My mom was born in 1929 in West Hollywood on Genesee ave. She went to Immaculate Heart High School. We lost her a couple of years ago. Maybe you guys crossed paths. She was in the class of 47.

Hello again, Martin........
Here I am again.... Born in Beverly Hills in 1928, I grew up in the 700 block of Rexford Drive. Became friends with policemen on car patrol on Elevado Drive (by my Hawthorne grammar school and Rexford Drive). Still remember their names: Orphie Wiard and Gene Muluno. They always stopped to talk when on their routes. I imagine they can trace them back to the 1940s. Very happy memories of a time when life seemed safer than these days. If you have any questions about BH in those days....feel free to ask while I am still here and have all my marbles!
