It had a zodiac motif and was popular with Bow\u2019s silent movies era pals. This same space was, earlier in the 1930s, called the <strong>Russian Eagle Cafe & Gardens<\/strong> and counted Garbo among its regulars.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1925 to 1928 –<strong> Klemtner\u2019s Blue to Sept 1937 – <strong>Cinnabar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sept 1937 \u2013 <strong>It Caf\u00e9<\/strong> (owned by Clara Bow for about a year, then changed management)<\/li>\n<li>1944 \u2013 <strong>Les Comiques<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1952 – <strong>Westerner Lounge-Grill<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><a
