Hollywood Boulevard in the late 1940s after the Hillcrest Motor Company vacated the building on the left and an appliance store called Electra City moved in. Electra City sold all types of appliances.

    Another shot of this Electra building is in the Metro Archives showing a transit bus which has been mis-labled as Brand Boulevard. The bus is heading to Glendale through Hollywood. See Asbury Transit.
