Leo the Lion poses for MGM's trademark

Leo the Lion, MGM’s trademark, posing for his close up, care of of Gay’s Lion Farm, El Monte (23 miles from Los Angeles.) Gay’s Lion farm, opened around 1920, housed the MGM lion and several lions used in the Tarzan movies. The site was open to tourists and closed in 1942.
