This is a still from a 1918 movie called “Revelation” that Nazimova starred in with her “husband” Charles Bryant. This is probably the idyllic view that the two liked to project to the public but they were never legally married. Nazimova was still legally Mrs. Segei Golovin so the two claimed to be married and would continue the pretense for the next 20 years . . . despite the fact that Nazimova had eyes for the ladies.
