An aerial view of Wilshire Boulevard, looking west, in 1932. Visible on the left side of the picture is a high rise building labeled Myer Siegel and Company which was a department store with other stores in downtown L.A., Hollywood, Pasadena and Fresno. The other tower farther down Wilshire I think is Desmond’s which was another popular store.
