A 1954 view of Wilshire Blvd. The blue-green building on the right about halfway down is the beautiful Pellissier Building, a 12-story art deco masterpiece built in 1931 on the corner of Wilshire and Western Ave. It houses the equally fabulous Wiltern Theater. I also love the street lamps along Wilshire. What a shame we don’t have those anymore.
