Victory House in Pershing Square during World War II

This structure stood in Pershing Square during WWII. It was called “The Victory House” and was a place to buy war/victory bonds. I don’t know how it was in real life but from this photo, it doesn’t look like some hastily thrown-together temporary tin shed, does it?
