    Martin, you’re not the only one it pains to say “Sony.” It pains me to drive by there now, a shadow of its former glory. Thank heavens they had the fortitude to leave the Washington columns alone. A friend worked at MGM in the ’70s and went back a few years ago for a conference (she hadn’t been there since she left in the late ’70s) and was shocked at how much had changed. I’m sure if our beloved Golden Age contract players came back now to see this place, they would be beyond shocked too!
