Circa 1890, people are seated in front of the first hotel in Hollywood, the Glen-Holly Hotel, at the corner of Ivar and Yucca Streets, which puts it up the street from where the Knickerbocker now stands. That corner of Hollywood sure darn-tootin’ don’t look like that no more!
