Margaret’s Flowers at 3022 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, 1936

Margaret's Flowers at 3022 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, 1936Margaret’s Flowers at 3022 Wilshire Boulevard was run by Margaret Bullock, daughter of John G. Bullock, whose department store of a whole different high-rise scale was just down the street. This 1936 photo struck my eye because it seemed to be shining example of mid-1930s stores. Below is an advertisement from 1936.

My eye went right to the flower horse in the window. Beautiful building in this night shot.
