Dave DeCaro from Daveland recently sent me a series of photos. They’re off the Chateau Marmont Hotel on Sunset Boulevard but not as far as I’m concerned because in the background is the Garden of Allah Hotel. Color photos from this angle are very rare indeed so I was most excited to see them. The best guess is that they were taken some time during the summer of 1957.
Spend many an hour around this corner. Then moved to Valley. Anyone have photos of cornfield just north of Ventura Blvd. and just east of Van Nuys Blvd. I lived just behind it for many years.
