UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles), Westwood, 1932

UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles), Westwood, 1932This is a shot of UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles) looking northwest towards the main quadrangle—probably the only quadrangle at that point. We can see Royce Hall with its twin asymmetrical towers over to the right. By the time this photo was taken in 1932, UCLA had been in Westwood campus for three years (having been over on Vermont Avenue since 1919) but it looks to me like the rule for parking your car was: “Wherever!”
