I don’t know when this view of the Hollywood hills from Mulholland Drive was taken, but I can’t imagine it could have been much later than the early 1920s, perhaps even the late 1910s. The photograph was © Cross & Dimmit who appear to have been a pair of early photographers who specialized in nature scenes.
