I’m posting today’s photo for every Angeleno who has ever tried to find parking along PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) on a nice summer’s day. Apparently, it’s always been a pain, even in the 1920s when automobile ownership was a fraction of what it is today. The only difference, is the drivers back then would mutter, “Goddamned Roosevelt Highway!”
