These days, it’s rare to see a shot of L.A. with rain, but snow? I suspect there might be rioting in the streets. This shot of snow surrounding the Los Angeles City Hall in downtown L.A. was taken in 1949. I see no signs of rioting, but you can see how few cars have braved the “blizzard.”
