This wonderful color shot from 1952 is of the American Broadcast Company (ABC, aka radio station KECA) on Vine Street in Hollywood, a little south of the Hollywood and Vine corner. On the far right we can see the sign for the Santa Fe railway company. But what I especially like about this photo is the font used by the store next door: GIFTS.
