Without any motorcars to pin down the year, it’s hard to know when this photo of the Ambassador Hotel on Wilshire Blvd was taken. The fact that it’s in color suggests later, probably 50s or 60s. But in a way, I like to think without any identifying markers, this shot is timeless.
