I’ve posted plenty of shot of the NBC Radio Studios on the corner of Sunset and Vine—it’s one of favorite buildings in golden era Hollywood—but this one caught my eye because this was taken while the studios were under construction. The groundbreaking took place on January 20^th, 1938 and the dedication was October 17^th later that same year. I do like how classy the temporary signage was.
