I don’t quite know what to make of this one. I found it on a Pinterest page of boudoir dolls (whatever they are) and captioned “Very Rare French doll (Nazimova).” So I guess it’s a doll of Alla Nazimova (the original owner of the Garden of Allah Hotel) with a bottle of her own Nazimova Hair Tonic. I’d never heard of that tonic before so I googled it and found only one reference.
