I was watching a 1946 travelogue the other day and saw this shot so I took a screengrab of it because it pretty much sums up the whole era: Semaphore traffic light on Hollywood Boulevard in 1946—in color! (That building in the background looks pretty snazzy, too!)

do you remember the name of the video? Looks like a shot that was used in a Marilyn Monroe documentary but very grainy and poor video quality I’d like to find a video in better quality if possible thanks for any help

answering my own question, I found the video on youtube by internet searching “1946 travelogue hollywood boulevard” the scene is from “Hollywood Holidays part 1 of 2”
