Hi – don’t you love the prices on the menu?
Just finished watching “Foyle’s War” (on Netflix) starring Michael Kitchen & Honeysuckle Weeks. (I am not making this up.) Love always, L&M.
“Honeysuckle Weeks”? Okay, Lou, I’ll take your word for it…

Yes, that’s actually her name (or at least her stage name).
What a wonderful menu, though I think that if I ate an appetizer, salad, entree, side dishes, and dessert, I might not be able to MOVE, much less dance afterward.
Dearest Martin..I love your website and all that you have to say..I was born in Hollywood , California 1949..Here’s to you for the memories..!! Fondly Phyllis Weiss..
Phyllis! Thanks for dropping by, you Hollywood native, you. I’m glad you enjoy all my musings here. My novels are set during Hollywood’s golden age, so I suspect you might enjoy them. There are a lot of scenes in the earlier books that take place at the Cocoanut Grove. If you had a chance to experience it yourself, I’m really quite jealous!
