"Broken Lance" plays Grauman's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd, 1954It wasn’t until I saw this photo showing “Broken Lance” playing Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd in 1954 that I realized with the streetcar painted red as they were, they must have been easy to spot as you peered down the street wondering when the next one would be coming along.

    The Red Cars were a great form of transportation – sad that they were dismantled shortly after the end of WW II – it was said by GM in order to sell more cars. L&M
