I never tire of seeing vintage photos of how Los Angeles looked before 90 gazillion people moved here. In this wide-screen CinemaScope vista from 1925, we’re gazing north up Beverly Drive toward Beverly Hills from what is now called Olympic Blvd (but what back then was called 10^th Street.) I love how that guy just parked his car in the middle of Beverly Dr—because he could! It’s not like he was going to block traffic.
