Most photos taken of downtown Los Angeles look like the opening scene from a film noir picture where some weary gumshoe is about to encounter a shady femme fatale with shenanigans on her mind. But I thought this photo of the LA Times building and LA City Hall taken on the night of February 4^th, 1969 is the opposite of that. With all that light, the city looks aglow!
