There was a lot going on at Joseph’s Royale Cafe at the corner of Pico Blvd and Norton Ave, Los Angeles (just south of Koreatown.) It’s a café with 50-cent lunches and 85-cent dinners, a caterer, a confectioner, there’s dancing and a dance school, not to mention all that glorious decoration on the outside of the building, which is (mostly) still there.
