Pyramid shaped Hollywood Bowl, 1926

The Hollywood Bowl in 1926. This pyramid-shaped bowl (later replaced by the now-more familiar concentric circles) was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright Jr. using lumber donated by the Pickford-Fairbanks studio left over from their 1922 picture “Robin Hood.”
