Dolores drive-in restaurant, 8801 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, 1940sIt’s hard to imagine, but back in the 1940s, the popular Dolores drive-in restaurant at 8801 Sunset Boulevard sat where Tower Records would later build “the world’s largest music store” in the 1970s. I love the old woody stationwagon parked out front!

    The Woody out front of the restaurant is actually a Town and Country convertible – probably 1948-ish.
