The CBS radio studios – known as Columbia Square – on Sunset Boulevard. If this weren’t a night shot, you probably wouldn’t be able to see in the far left the neon sign for the Broadway Hollywood department store on the corner of Hollywood and Vine. The studios were built in 1938 and were the home of CBS’s Los Angeles radio and television operations until 2007, which is a damn long run.
