Los Angeles Times building, downtown L.A., circa 1960s (color)The Los Angeles. Times building is one of my favorite structures in downtown L.A., so I’m always glad to find a nice shot of it. Double points if it’s in color like this one, and extra double points if it has a streetcar too. I’m guessing from cars that this is from the 1960s—can anyone identify the green-and-white one on the left hand side?

I believe the turquoise and white car is a 1956 chevy. From the Falcon (headed away) to the Fairlane (parked) and the distant white car (crossing the street) which is possibly a 1963 Valient I’d say mid (or nearly) 1960s.
